First, the installation is correct

Whether the interface is operating in the positive direction or in the opposite direction depends on the working conditions of the machine. If there are work contents such as scraper or brush on the surface, the surface should be considered to run in the forward direction. If there are work contents such as scrapers or brushes on the surface, the surface should be considered to run in the forward direction. If there is no work content on the surface, the reverse operation in the reverse direction is considered. Imported belts, toothed interfaces without direction, lapped as above.

Second, correct bias

The rack material is generally composed of iron or aluminum alloy, while the conveyor belt is composed of fiber materials such as rubber or PVC. Misadjustment of the deviation can cause damage to the conveyor belt. This work should be done with the patience of experienced technicians.

Third, extend the adjustment

Lightweight conveyor belts are made of polyester fibers and high-molecular materials. Although they have been subjected to forced stretching in the weaving of fibers and in the vulcanization and plasticization of products, there is a retracting process after the finished products are in use. The retraction process will still be extended, so the adjustment should not be too tight during the initial use. After 3-5 days or 40 hours of operation, it is then adjusted to the best state of application. At this time, the internal stress distribution of the belt has reached a uniform state. The conveyor belt does not have any extension at this time.

Fourth, surface cleaning

The surface of the light conveyor belt can use neutral laundry detergent, and can also be wiped with alcohol and acetone. The use of pure benzene chemicals is strictly prohibited.
